Referral Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our Service.

1. General

Welcome to Oville Properties Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we assemble different real estate packages that enable clients to make wise real estate investment decisions; we offer a wide range of services that focus on real estate advisory, real estate project financing and property development.

These Referral Terms and Conditions (“T&C”, “Terms & Conditions”) govern the referral system provided by Oville Properties Limited and are binding on any person or entity that participates in the referral program (“you” or “referring party”). By participating in the referral program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions operated by ovilleproperties.com.

This website describes the T&C for the sale referral services provided in Nigeria and Dubai, UAE.

2. Eligibility To Participate

To participate in the referral program, you must register using the Oville Properties’ Referral form on the Website. You must also comply with any additional eligibility requirements that we may impose from time to time in our sole discretion.

3. Commission Eligibility

To be eligible for a commission, the referred person must use the unique referral link provided on our website to sign up for an account with us. The referred person must also be a new customer of the Company who has not previously had an account with us. Commissions are subject to verification and approval by us.

4. Commission Amount

Referral commission payable to a referring party shall be 20% of what we receive from the purchase/sale of the property from our partners after the purchase of a property/sale.

This 20% referral commission may be paid within a week after we receive the commission for the purchase/sale of the property.

Note: For a referring party in Dubai, UAE, referral commissions may take a month or two months at most to be processed, therefore a referring party will receive such referral commission within 2 weeks of the payment of such referral commission to us.

Note: Also, commission is paid based on the amount the client pays and payment can be with a payment plan, connoting that clients can pay in instalments and we shall only be paying only 20% of whatever we receive on each instalments, when we receive it, as we will not pay commission on what we have not earned.

Note: This referral program is for every individual asides accredited agents and realtors.

Note: All commissions received by us shall not be paid to a referring party with interest at any prevailing bank rate whatsoever.

5. Commission Charges

Commission fees shall be paid to referring party less bank charges that the bank charges us, in the case of dollar transfers for commissions (where dollar transaction applies), such fees will be deducted and the balance of such commission paid to a referring party.

6. Limitations

You may not use the referral program to refer yourself or to refer anyone who already has an account with Oville properties limited. You may not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive behavior in connection with the referral program, including but not limited to creating fake accounts or using fake email addresses. We reserve the right to disqualify any referrals that we believe in our sole discretion to be fraudulent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use this Service as follows:

0.1. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

0.2. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

0.3. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

0.4. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of Service or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

1.1. Use our Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Service or interfere with any other party’s use of Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through Service.

1.2. Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access our Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on Service.

1.3. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.

1.4. Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of Service.

1.5. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.

1.6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of our Service, the server on which Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to Service.

1.7. Attack our service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

1.8. Take any action that may damage or falsify our Company rating.

1.9. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of Service.

8. Terminations and Modification

We may modify or terminate the referral program at any time, in our sole discretion, without notice. We may also terminate your participation in the referral program at any time if we believe that you have violated these terms and conditions or engaged in any fraudulent or abusive behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the referral program, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Oville Properties Limited and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Oville Properties Limited.

11. Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that content posted on Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to info@ovilleproperties.com, with the subject line: “Copyright Infringement” and include in your claim a detailed description of the alleged Infringement as detailed below, under “Copyright Act 2022”

You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) for misrepresentation or bad-faith claims on the infringement of any Content found on and/or through Service on your copyright

12. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Oville properties limited regarding the referral program and should be read in conjunction with any other contract executed with Oville properties limited in respect of the referral program.

13. Amendments to Terms

We may amend Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Service
