Some of our clients prefer properties that are completely finished and ready to move in. These properties may not last long on the market but we have a knack of finding the best finished property deals and work within our client’s budgets. It is good to note that these properties also appreciate over time and can be used to meet residential, rental or commercial needs. An agency fee may be required but we have exceptions with some of our partners.
