About Bernadette Obi Samssedi (BOS)
I learnt the value of saving from my mum, a teacher, turned banker and my dad, a Chartered Estate surveyor taught me to invest in landed properties. He owned several all over Nigeria. Our family lived on income from real estate and shares dividends and my dad taught many people to do the same.
These life principles formed my foundation and after working in the most profitable bank in Nigeria, I used part of my savings to buy my first property, and haven’t stopped since then. My banking experience of over 16 years added the knowledge of the pros and cons of several investments, the importance of team work and the culture of customer service excellence.
Through real estate investing, I have purchased six properties in Nigeria and the US. It’s a dream come true for me, our desire is to do same and much more for you.
I formed Oville, with a single aim to bring deals to make you smile to the bank. Our motivation is to help you make the right decisions in real estate investing, we focus on you, your investment abilities today and aim to multiply its’ capacity tomorrow, to give you the experience you deserve.
